Author's Note: Thoughts, flashbacks, and something to show that a word is being enunciated are in **, so you'll have to figure that one out on your own.

Author's Note #2, (ALL OTHER AUTHORS PLEASE READ): This totally and completely came from my own imagination, so if there's a part of your story that somehow got into mine, it's purely coincidental, so please don't send me hate mail! Someone did it to me and I was completely unaware I had used some of her story in mine, and she was extremely harsh and rude about it. SO if you feel the need, please make it non threatening!

Oh darling
I want to be everything to you

Today I saw somebody
Who looked just like you
He walked like you do
I thought it was you
As he turned the corner
I called out your name
I felt so ashamed
When it wasn't you
Wasn't you

You are everything
And everything is you
Oh, you are everything
And everything is you
'Cause you are everything
And everything is you

How can I forget
When each face that I see
Brings back memories
Of being with you
I just can't go on
Living life as I do
Comparing each girl with you
Knowing they just won't do
They're not you

'Cause you are everything
And everything is you
Oh, you are everything
And everything is you
You are everything
And everything is you
"You Are Everything"-Marvin Gaye

"Who's Dawson?" a young man with blond hair, (*exactly* like Dawson's when they had last seen him, might I add).

"Oh, God, I'm sorry, I thought you were someone else," Pacey apologized. "Pacey Witter."

"Alexander Levine," the guy returned, extending his hand.

The introductions went around, but as they left to get a bite to eat, Pacey, Andie, and Joey exchanged a look: if they thought *that* was Dawson, he could be anywhere.

**********

"Hot dog and a Dr. Pepper, please," Dawson ordered from the cafeteria. *Hopefully it's better than the food at Capeside High,* Dawson thought.

So Dawson sat down and ate his food in silence, with no one there to talk to, or to joke around with. Like he did with Pacey and Joey. And everyone.

How he missed them so.

**********

"Hey, unlike Capeside High, they actually make fries that look like fries!" Pacey exclaimed, picking at his food.

"What a miracle," Joey muttered, "that any cafeteria maaged to make food that looks edible."

Pacey and Joey noticed Andie staring a man with blond hair who looked more like Dawson than Alexander did. *A lot* more.

"Do you think?" Andie whispered.

"Chances are it's not," Pacey countered. "Remember Alexander?"

"But Pace-"

"There just aren't buts about people who looked like a teenager that disppeared three years ago, Andie," Pacey scolded her.

"Just drop it, guys, because I don't know about you, but I just can't stand the pain anymore," Joey told them, her voice breaking.

"I need to go to the bathroom," Andie declared irrelevently.

"Then go," Pacey smirked. "Bathrooms are over there."

"I know that," Andie replied matter-of-factly, getting up. "Oh, excu-" She cut herself off when she turned around, shocked at the face that met hers. "D-d-d-Dawson?"

The *next* story will be "The Greatest Ever Told"...really, I swear.
